To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase may be required.
Non-returnable items:
Used or damaged products caused by misuse.
Items returned without prior approval.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note:
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.
